Yungdrung Bön comes to Calabria / Yungdrung Bön sbarca in Calabria

The A-Thri retreat led by Drubdra Khenpo Tsultrim Tenzin in Calabria has just ended. Our heartfelt thanks to Khenpo-lags for his detailed instructions, his patience with all our questions, and the many lung-transmissions he gave us. In just four days we covered:

• How to practise Guru Yoga with Shenhla Wökar and the symbolism of the Six Eaters
• How to search for the mind and find the true Nature of Mind
• The qualities of the Natural State
• How to practise fixation on an object, such as white A
• How to practise fixation without an object, the Gaze of Buddhas and Bodhisattvas
• How to develop our contemplation of the Natural State with the Wrathful Gaze of the Lion
• The signs of practice
• How to practise Awareness in sleep with white A
• How to recognise and dispel the Three Obstacles to meditation and what may cause them
• How to practise Tsalung according to A-Thri, both in a retreat and in daily life
• How to use our daily Refuge and Bodhichitta prayer for protection

Si è appena concluso il ritiro sul A-Thri guidato da Drubdra Khenpo Tsultrim Tenzin in Calabria. I nostri più sentiti ringraziamenti a Khenpo-lags per le sue istruzioni dettagliate, la sua pazienza con tutte le nostre domande e le molte trasmissioni-lung che ci ha dato. • Come usare la nostra preghiera quotidiana di Rifugio e Bodhicitta per la protezione

Offering of Sang and Torma to the Lu Water Spirits

Before the main retreat began, Drubdra Khenpo led a powerful ritual on the shores of the Ionian Coast, a combined offering of Sang and Torma. This was the first time we performed the Lu Tor together, and dreams showed that the nagas of the region were delighted by this joyful rite.

Prima dell’inizio del ritiro principale, Drubdra Khenpo guidò un potente rituale sulle rive della Costa Ionica, un’offerta combinata di Sang e Torma. Era la prima volta che eseguivamo il Lu Tor insieme, e i sogni dimostravano che i Naga della regione erano deliziati da questo rito gioioso.
