The complete Yungdrung Bön Kangyur has arrived in Russia!

The Yungdrung Bön (Eternal Teaching) Research Centre of Tibetan Religion and Culture in Russia «Исследовательский центр Юнгдрунг Бон (Вечное учение)» asked FPYB for help in obtaining a set of the Yungdrung Bön Kangyur in Uchen in western book-style deb-form rather than the traditional Tibetan pecha. It’s taken months of complicated negotiations, but we’re delighted the books are safely with the Research Centre in Russia now. May the Teachings spread to alleviate the sufferings of all sentient beings! Thanks to our friend Khenpo Kalsang Norbu…

He descended on Earth from the realm of Cha (Tib. phywa) when the period of the Teachings of Body (Tib. sku-yi bstan-pa) was completed in 6016 BC and took charge of the Yungdrung Bön doctrines and their propagation in the new 10,000-year cycle of the Teachings of Speech (Tib. gsungs-gi bstan-pa).…

Triten Norbutse Building Project: New Temple Complex

The building work is progressing well, despite setbacks due to Covid and the monsoon season. This year, FPYB donated almost one third of book sales’ revenues to the Temple Project, via Association Triten Norbutse. All proceeds from How to Practise Dzogchen in Daily Life (by Drubdra Khenpo Tsultrim Tenzin) are donated to the Temple Project. The new complex comprises 5 floors: 1. Some senior monks have just finished a 2-hour meeting to discuss proposals for the main…
