Extensive Practice of Drenpa Namkha

Today, Friday 25th March 2022, the extensive practice of Drenpa Namkha began in Triten Norbutse Bönpo Monastery, Kathmandu, Nepal. It will continue for a week, the Friday 1st March. During this week, the monks of the Drubdra meditation school will be reciting the liturgy and accumulating mantras according to the text The Secret Practice of Khöpung Drenpa’s Innermost Essence / ཁོད་སྤུངས་དྲན་པའི་སྙིང་ཐིག་གསང་སྒྲུབ་ཅེས་བྱ་བ་བཞུགས་པ་ལེགས་སོ།།. Three Drenpa Namkhas in Yungdrung Bön

COVID-19 has recently spread rapidly from China all over the world and was today declared a pandemic by WHO. Seventeen years ago, in similar circumstances during the worldwide SARS epidemic, Yongdzin Rinpoche gave detailed instructions on this text.
