Prayer and Dedicating Merits for Peace
While looking through an old transcript this afternoon we found a very pertinent request from Yongdzin Rinpoche:
First of all, I wanted to ask all the Sangha to dedicate merits because nowadays too many innocent people are dying and being killed, so do the dedication for the dead people, and don’t do this just once or now, but keep these people in mind usually. That is one thing.
The second thing is to pray that there won’t be too much violence in the world. Everywhere we hear there is killing and chopping and a lot of destruction, so we should do whatever we can through prayer and dedication.
